Community’s Joel McHale joins Sons of Anarchy Cast for Season 5

That’s right Community/The Soup/Sons of Anarchy fans! Joel McHale will appear in Sons of Anarchy season 5!

In season 4 of the fantastical Sons of Anarchy we were gifted with a couple of inspired casting choices (Danny Trejo and David Hasslehoff immediately spring to mind) and judging from further breaking Sons of Anarchy casting news, Season 5 will no different!

Back in April of this year, we already confirmed that season 5 of the spectacular biker drama has cast the fantastical Jimmy Smits in a season-long stroy arc. As if that wasn’t awesome enough, today’s breaking casting inspiration is none other than Community and The Soup’s very own Joel McHale!

In a rare dramatic role, McHale will be playing a rather fetching con man named Warren, who eventually comes to find he’s picked the wrong person to swindle in a multi-episode story arc.

Pretty awesome, right? What do you think? I know McHale isn’t exactly the first person to spring to mind when discussing a dramatic role, but in a role as a fetching con man? I can totally buy that. Let me know what you think about this role in the comments section below!
