Ron Moore’s Thriller ‘Helix’ Nears Series Order at SyFy

That’s right, Deadline are reporting that Battlestar Galactica deverloper/executive producer is finalising a deal with SyFy for his new thriller ‘Helix’!

Moore is taking with SyFy about a possible 13 episode straight to series deal, which will see his dark thriller series propel him back to SyFy’s prime time.

The show is “is about a team of scientists investigating a possible disease outbreak at an Arctic research facility who find themselves trying to protect the world from annihilation”.

The show, if negotiations are successful, will aim to debut in the fall later in the year.
