Ava Lord has been officially cast in Sin City: A Dame to Kill For! Who? Check it out!

As most will know, the Ava Lord character puts the dame in ‘A Dame to Kill For’. She’s a primary character in the movie, which had been linked with Angelina Jolie during the dark years when the Sin City sequel was talk.

But now Sin City: A Dame to Kill for is in production and very definitely happening, directors Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller had to find their dame. And found her they have.

For a lot of years, people thought that Sin City 2 was dead. The project was always seriously talked about, with names like Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie being attached to the project but nothing ever came of it.

Whether it was actor schedules, Rodriguez’ own busy schedule or just lack of studio interest, us fans have just been left waiting for the awesome to return.

Now it has. A lot of the principal cast have returned and those who haven’t returned, replaced by capable actors (I’m VERY impressed with the choice of Dennis Haysbert as Manute).

Judging by the cast list, the awesome director and the fantastical source material there’s nothing stopping this movie being a hit.

And those odds have just improved, with the casting of Ava Lord. But who has the role?
