Doctor Who’s 50th Anniversary episode is just around the corner and BBC have today announced that the episode will be in 3D and will be also be show on the HD channel.
Ben Stephenson, the controller of drama for BBC, has a clear direction for drama on the BBC, with the aim of making the BBC “more British than ever”.
“It is about applying the Danny Boyle vision to our work,” he said. “A bold, adventurous, authorial approach that exports because of its Britishness not despite it.”
